Our premium grade matcha is perfect for drinking and is sourced from organic tea growers in Nishio, Japan. Tea leaves are carefully shaded at the end of their growing cycle, hand picked and steamed before being stone ground into powder form.
EASY MATCHA MIXING: Mix ½ to 1 tsp. matcha with 1 tbsp. water in a cup to make a smooth paste. Stir in 8 oz steaming hot water.
TRADITIONAL MATCHA MIXING: Sift 1 to 2 bamboo spoons in a matcha bowl. Pour in 4 oz steaming hot water. Rapidly beat with bamboo whisk in a zigzag pattern until smooth and frothy.
